Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original STEELMAN packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and attach the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
